Internal Communications Chair The Overall Internal Communications Chair is responsible for the coordination of all the committees that deal with the annual 32 hour event. These committees include, but are not limited to, Morale, Operations, Entertainment, Hospitality, Dancer Relations, Family Relations, and Community Events. The Overall Internal Communications Chair is also responsible for the application and interview process for captains and team members and most importantly, for the recruitment of all dancer participants.
